Put the pumpkin and the grated zucchini in a bowl, with a double bottom, to harden them together. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and lemon peel, leaving to boil for approx. 15 minutes on low heat.

Meanwhile, grease three sheets of pie with oil, put pumpkin and zucchini stuffing, roll, get 4 rolls that are greased with oil and place in a round heat-resistant form.

Add the rest of the pumpkin filling over the rolled sheets, sprinkle with almond flakes and walnut kernels.

Cover the pie with a crushed sheet over which sprinkle brown sugar and vanilla sugar flavored with cinnamon, then bake in the preheated oven, approx. 40 minutes at 200 degrees C.

The baked pie is powdered with powdered sugar and served hot or cold, depending on everyone's preference.
