I propose a recipe for 'mayonnaise' without eggs, original and ideal during fasting.
A recipe taken from a French book that I really like 'Le grand livre de la cuisine crue'.
I found this dish good, tasty and filling.
You can make sandwiches or you can serve it raw: endive leaves, etc

Fasting Mayonnaise (from Pufuleti)

During the fasting days I tested some mayonnaise recipes, but the one I really liked is the one made from puff pastry.

The first time I did it out of curiosity but things changed when we were still looking for something to combine a bean salad. and instead of opting for the ones in the trade that have enough chemicals in them, I did this super quickly and I got out of the impasse.

The only defect, if I may say so, is that it must be prepared just before serving because otherwise it makes a crust that changes its appearance.

We open the bag of fluff and put a few in a bowl while we water them (or we can crush them by hand if they are soft enough). We don't put a lot of water even if they absorb it because it changes its consistency super quickly (it softens very quickly).

Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon and start dripping the oil like egg mayonnaise. When it has thickened, add the mustard and lemon juice to your taste. And because the fluff is quite salty, we don't add salt anymore. maybe a little paprika.
It is healthy and can accompany our salads outside of fasting.
Try it even out of curiosity. : o

Pasta salad and vegetable mayonnaise

The whole recipe lasts only 20 minutes, especially as while the pasta and vegetables are being prepared, we will prepare a dressing of: lemon and peel juice, crushed garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt and ground pepper to taste.

For this pasta salad we can use broccoli, peas, sweet corn, as the main vegetables (or at your choice according to everyone's taste). . & # 8230 there are so many wonderful possibilities.

How to prepare avocado mayonnaise with boiled egg recipe without added oil

Boil eggs for 3 minutes, so that the yolk is sticky but not liquid. Cool immediately under running cold water. Meanwhile, cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and dig out the core with a fork. In a bowl or bowl of blender / mixer put the avocado core, sticky eggs, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix. If you do not have a blender you can use a vertical mixer or even the mashed potatoes (for puree) and a tel.

After 2 minutes of mixing, a creamy and tasty avocado mayonnaise results. At the end, the taste is corrected with salt, pepper, chili.

You can also add a handful of chopped greens (green parsley), green or normal onions, garlic & # 8230 of your choice. The results will be spectacular!

Avocado mayonnaise can be used just like quick classic mayonnaise (recipe here) & # 8211 for salads, stuffed eggs, canapés.

Eggless vegan salad dressings

Looking for the perfect recipe without milk, eggs and vegan salad? You've come to the right place!

Is it possible to have the perfect lettuce without a perfect salad? I do not think! Salad pastries bought from the store are almost always filled with little more than oil and high fructose corn syrup (don't you believe me? Read the label!) And I personally find the eggless, dairy and vegan dressings that need to be hit and miss (the temperate dressing of the goddess, for example, is almost always fantastic, but vegan dressing ranch? Meh.).

Even if you like the vegan salad dressing bought at the store, making your own at home is a bargain and easy thing to do. I always try to keep something. If I don't use it on a lettuce, I'll use it on the rest of the quinoa, a rice salad or something or something sooner or later!

I am a firm believer that salad dressing is one of those things that vegans should never buy!

Classic salad dressings: French, thousands of islands, clock, Italian

Most American salad ribbons can be easily veganized, even Caesar dressing. Who can really taste the anchovies anyway? Use a milk-free vegan mayonnaise in creamy dressings or browse some of these classics below:

Basic Balsamic and other vinaigrettes

A basic balsamic vinegar is probably the easiest vegan dressing to whip and keep handy, but as these recipes below show, it doesn't have to be boring.

  • Dijon basic vinegar tights
  • Lemon Dijon vinaigrette (image)
  • Asian sesame oil dressing sauce
  • Apricot basil vinegar
  • Cranberry dressing
  • Laura strawberry vinaigrette
  • Molly's basil vinegar

Vinegar raspberry

I guess in this category you could gather all kinds of fruit vinaigrettes - after all, there are orange vinaigrettes, lemon vinaigrettes and almost any vinaigrette imaginable, but raspberries deserve their own category (scroll down for more vinaigrettes vegan). Whether you use fresh or frozen raspberries or simply preserve raspberries, making an old homemade raspberry vinaigrette is probably easier than you think, if you've never tried it. Here are some recipes to try:

  • Vegan fat without raspberry beef
  • Quick and easy 3-ingredient raspberry vinaigrette (pictured)
  • Raspberry vinaigrette with fresh thyme and black pepper

Creativity: unusual (but delicious!) Vegan salad dressings

These vegan clothes have all the trends. Create your own creations, get inspired and save the usual salad:

  • Agave of var
  • Decorating the green goddess (Picture - use soy yogurt and soy milk to make it vegan)
  • Molly's avocado and cotton wool puree
  • Greek oregano rice
  • Light orange with orange mustard
  • Grapefruit dressing mac

Old fats from vegetable salads without fats

It doesn't make sense to make a healthy lettuce, then blow it with an unhealthy or sweet fat dressing! Here are some fat-free dressings to keep your salads healthy and light:

  • Light Fat-Free Corn Vinegar (Illustrated)
  • Dijon beef-free fat
  • Peppermint (use vegan yogurt)
  • Fat without raspberry vitaigrette

If I had to choose between Thai peanut dressing and goddess dressing for the best favorite salad dressing, I don't know what to do (other than enjoy tasting the test while trying to decide!). Clothing for the gods is well loved by vegans and non-vegans alike, and with a base of sesame and olive oil, it is usually vegan anyway. Here are some versions to try at home:

After the apple pie, baseball and complaining about politicians, ranch dressing is next on the list of most American things. Yes, it is usually milky and creamy, but you can really make a decent version for vegans and without milk at home. I really prefer vegan homemade ranch clothing for whatever you find in the store. The shoppers in the store are not so wonderful, in my experience.

Asian-inspired dressings: Miso, soy, ginger

I like Japanese-inspired dressings for something different! Soy, lime, miso and ginger sauce can add a fat-free flavor to a dressing, and sesame oil is a nice change from regular olive oil. Here are some Asian-inspired dressings to try:

  • Japanese-inspired miso lettuce salad (picture)
  • Sweet ginger agave dressing
  • Sosame soy vinaigrette
  • Orange clothing
  • Japanese sesame soy sauce

Brown vegetable salad dressing
