Baked Broccoli Ingredients

Step 1: chop the broccoli.
Rinse the broccoli properly and then dry with towels.
Cut the stems, freeing inflorescences from them.
Cut broccoli inflorescences into small pieces.
Do not throw the stalks, cut them very finely and freeze them, then add them to the soup.
Step 2: add oil and salt.
Put the chopped broccoli on a baking sheet so that they lie loosely, almost without touching.
Pour oil well so that the broccoli is lightly browned.
Sprinkle with salt, where without it.
Step 3: bake broccoli.
You need to heat the oven very well, until 250 degrees.
Send broccoli to the preheated oven and bake for 4 minutes.
Then turn the inflorescences over with a spatula and continue to bake for another 4 minutes or until broccoli is golden.
Step 4: serve the baked broccoli.
After baking, broccoli is good as a side dish and even as a snack, with sauce, for example, be sure to try it. After I baked broccoli with this recipe, I no longer want to cook it differently. Due to the large amount of oil, a crisp is obtained, which especially attracts me. I recommend to try!
