Ingredients

  1. Cod fillet 300 g
  2. Egg 1 pc.
  3. Green onion (chopped) 2 tbsp.
  4. Bulgarian red pepper 1/3 pcs.
  5. Milk 3 tbsp
  6. Flour 1 tbsp
  7. Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper to taste
  10. Hot pepper to taste
  11. Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking:

Step 1: chop the fish.


Cut the cod fillet with a knife into small cubes. Strongly do not grind so that the texture of the fish is felt in the pancakes.

Step 2: mix fish with vegetables and eggs.


In a bowl, mix the egg with flour.

Add finely chopped peppers, onions and fish. Salt, pepper, add breadcrumbs.
