Ingredients

Pork (tenderloin or neck) 700 gr.
Cabbage 1.5 kg.
Onion 2 pcs.
1 carrot
Garlic 3 cloves
Mashed tomatoes 200 gr.
Vegetable oil for frying 50 gr.
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
Salt to taste
Spices and dried herbs to taste (I have freshly ground black pepper, parsley and dill)
