Tasty and healthy meatless cutlets


  1. Oatmeal 100 g
  2. Onion 1 pc.
  3. Eggs 1 pc.
  4. Boiling water 200 ml
  5. Salt 0.5 tsp
  6. Black pepper 0.25 tsp
  7. Dry garlic (optional) to taste

Oatmeal pour boiling water. mix and cover. Leave on for 15 minutes.

Finely chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil.

Add the onion to the oatmeal. Add salt, black pepper and garlic there. mix.

Add the egg and mix again.

With a wet spoon, we gain mass and put it in a frying pan with vegetable oil.

Fry on both sides, until golden brown.
