- Cookies to taste
- Milk 650 ml.
- Sugar 100 g.
- Egg 1 pc.
- Flour 3 tbsp. l
- Main Ingredients Eggs, Milk
- Serving 8 servings
In a saucepan, mix milk, egg, sugar, flour and mix so that there are no lumps.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
On the bottom of the plate we spread a couple of tablespoons of cream and spread a layer of “Ears” cookies on top. Lubricate with cream and so alternate all layers.
Grease the top and sides of the cake with cream.
Rub a couple of pieces of cookie into crumbs and sprinkle on top and sides of the cake. Let’s soak for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
