- Nectarine 3 pcs
- Toast bread to taste
- Cream 10% 200 ml
- 2 eggs
- Dry red wine 1 cup
- Sugar 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp.
- Vanilla Ice Cream to taste
- Butter to taste

Mix a glass of wine with 1/3 cup sugar, bring to a boil and boil over low heat until medium density syrup is obtained.
Cut the nectarine in half, remove the stone and cut each half into 4-6 parts. Dip in wine syrup, mix.
Cut the bread for the toasts diagonally and dry in the toaster. Mix the eggs with 1 tbsp. sugar and cream until smooth. Dip the dried toast bread into the resulting mass.
Fry in butter on both sides. Arrange on plates. add slices of nectarine in wine syrup and ice cream to the plates.
