Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Break the egg into a deep plate, add paprika. Stir well with a fork or whisk. Pour breadcrumbs into another deep plate. Cover baking sheet with baking paper.
In green beans, remove the endings. Then dip the eggs in the mixture with paprika, roll in breadcrumbs and put on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven for 12 minutes.
Mix yogurt, dill, salt, garlic. Let the beans cool slightly and serve with yogurt sauce. If desired, instead of baking in the oven, the beans can be fried in vegetable oil.
