While the gelatin cools to room temperature, add it to a container with 300 ml. water 100 gr. ready strawberry jelly and mix well. We mix three tablespoons of the curd base in a bowl with gelatin, mix well with a whisk and carefully add all the ingredients to a large bowl of curd. Pour half the curd mass into the mold on the dough, distribute it well, put the strawberries into cubes and pour on top of the remaining jelly curd the base, which we carefully and evenly distributed in the form, put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
