Pickled onions with dill and chili

Ingredients

  1. Onions 350 g
  2. Dill 10 g
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Hot chili pepper 1 pc.
  5. Vinegar 6% 2 tbsp.
  6. Ground Sumy 1/2 tsp
  7. Sugar 1 tbsp

Cooking:


Step 1.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Step 2

Finely chop the dill.

Step 3

Add dill, salt, sugar, sumac, vinegar and hot pepper to a plate with onions, mix everything carefully.

Step 4

Cover the plate with foil and leave for 30 minutes.
