Falafel in the oven


  1. chickpeas 1 tbsp.
  2. parsley to taste
  3. dill to taste
  4. salt to taste
  5. pepper to taste
  6. turmeric 1 tsp
  7. sesame 1 tablespoon
  8. bow 1 pc.
  9. garlic 2 tooth.
  10. vegetable oil 2 tbsp

Soak a glass of chickpea and sesame in separate containers for 8 hours or overnight in cold clean water.

Dry the chickpeas with a towel, mix all the ingredients in a blender or most conveniently pass through a meat grinder. Allow the meat to stand for 20 minutes.

From the minced meat, form balls about the size of a walnut, dip in oil and spread on a baking sheet covered with foil.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, turn over and bake another 10-15 minutes.

Serve with vegetables, tortillas and sauce. Enjoy your meal.
