  1. onion 1 pc.
  2. garlic 4 cloves
  3. milk 1 liter
  4. 2-3 potatoes
  5. ham 200 gr
  6. a mixture of frozen vegetables 500 ml
  7. dried thyme 2 tsp
  8. ground nutmeg 1/3 tsp
  9. flour 2 tbsp
  10. butter 50 gr
  11. pepper to taste
  12. salt to taste

Dissolve butter in a pan. Fry the onion until transparent.
Add dry thyme and squeeze the garlic. Fry a little and add frozen vegetables. Fry a little and add two tablespoons of flour. Mix well and fry a little. Pour in a thin stream of milk, stirring constantly. Add ground nutmeg.
Add potatoes and cook under the lid for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are ready. Cut the ham. Add to soup and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
