Ingredients

  1. Onion 1 kg
  2. Vegetable oil 100 ml
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Flour 2 tbsp
  • Main ingredients

Cooking:

Prepare the onion: cut it into small pieces.

Put in a container, salt. Close the container and shake well. Leave for 5 minutes.

Then add 2 tbsp. flour, close again and shake.

Heat the oil in a saucepan or pan, fry the onion until golden brown. Put the onion in a sieve or on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Topping is ready! Enjoy your meal!
