Ingredients

  2. Yeast 25 gr.
  3. Sugar 2 tbsp. l
  4. Salt 0.5 tsp
  5. Vanilla pinch
  6. Egg 1 pc.
  7. Flour 400 gr.
  8. Apples 2-3 pcs.
  9. Vegetable cooking oil to taste

Cooking:

In warm water, add salt, sugar, vanilla, egg, yeast and mix well. Then carefully pour the sifted flour and also mix thoroughly. The dough should resemble thick sour cream, but at the same time it should be light and airy. We cover with a clean towel and leave it warm for 30 minutes. We clean the apples, cut into thin slices and knead with dough, leave for another 15 minutes in a warm place. We heat the pan, add 4-5 tbsp. vegetable oil, spread the pancakes with a spoon and fry over medium heat on both sides until rosy.
