- cottage cheese 200 gr
- butter 100 gr
- flour 1-1.5 cups (depending on cottage cheese)
- baking powder 1 tsp
- vanilla sugar 1 sachet

Pour a glass and a third of a glass of flour into a bowl. Pre-freeze the oil. Grate on a coarse grater, constantly dipping butter in flour. Grind butter and flour with your hands.
Then add salt, vanilla sugar and baking powder, mix.
Add cottage cheese and knead well. The dough should not stick to your hands. Add flour if necessary.
Divide the dough into several pieces. Roll out the circle and use the tin to make small circles.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and put mugs of cottage cheese.
Fry on both sides until golden. Put on a paper towel.
When the yummy from the curd cools down a little, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
