In a bowl, mix two types of mustard, vegetable oil, black pepper, salt, rosemary, garlic squeezed through a press. Wash and dry the chicken (I used chicken thighs). Put the chicken in a baking dish and pour the mustard marinade, spread the marinade evenly over the chicken. Cover the meat with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, remove the cling film from the mold, send the chicken to the oven and cook for 50-60 minutes.
