100 g of smoked sausage cut into strips.

Grate 100 g of cheese on a coarse grater, my cheese is semi-solid.

We collect the salad. In a salad bowl, spread 300 g of Korean carrots.

Add chopped smoked sausage and grated cheese.

Dress with mayonnaise, mix thoroughly and the salad is ready, you can serve it to the table. It is very tasty and, at the same time, easy to prepare. If desired, sprinkle with crackers or garnish with greens.
