Salad 1

Let's start with the Red Sea salad. It is prepared in a matter of minutes, as a result, the juicy and bright taste of the salad is guaranteed to you!

Cooking method

1) I cut the sweet pepper into strips.

2) I cut the tomatoes thinly. Thanks to tomatoes, the salad is very juicy.

3) I cut the crab sticks along the thin strips.

4) I grate hard cheese on a grater for carrots in Korean.

5) I collect the salad in layers. After each layer I make a mesh of mayonnaise.

6) The first layer is crab sticks. The second layer is hard cheese. The third layer is tomatoes. Sprinkle tomatoes on top with dry garlic. Dry garlic can be replaced with fresh garlic by adding it to mayonnaise, but I like it with dry garlic. The fourth layer is bell pepper. I let the salad soak and you can eat!

Salad 2

Such a salad perfectly dilutes hearty rich dishes with its light, piquant taste.

Cooking method

1) I cut cherry tomatoes and boiled quail eggs into four parts. Finely chop a half bunch of parsley, chop the basil leaves finely.

2) I cut the soft mozzarella cheese into small pieces. I pass a few cloves of garlic through a press and add to the olive oil.

3) I collect the salad. I spread lettuce leaves on a dish, they can be cut into several parts or torn by hand, like me and basil. I put tomatoes, cheese and eggs on top. Sprinkle with parsley. Watering with fragrant dressing. You can still sprinkle with lemon juice. I decorate with basil leaves. Here is such a bright and light salad!

Salad 3

I offer one more salad, the recipe of which I saw on the Internet. I replaced the grapes with olives, and added prunes, the result was tastier than I expected!

Cooking method

1) Boiled chicken breast needs to be disassembled into fibers or thinly cut. To make the breast juicy, you need to cool it in the broth.

2) I will cut 3 eggs into a cube.

3) 80 gr. prune cut into small cubes. If the prunes are dry, it can be poured with boiling water for 10 minutes.

4) 50 gr. chopped walnuts with a knife.

5) I collect the salad in layers, smearing each layer with mayonnaise. The first layer is chicken. The second layer is prunes. (I do not lubricate the second layer with mayonnaise) The third layer is chopped nuts. The fourth layer is eggs. The fifth layer is hard cheese, I rub it directly on the salad, thanks to this method of assembling the salad, the salad is fluffy, airy and tender. I put olives on top of the salad, make several snowflakes from grated cheese and the salad is ready!

Salad 4

Another great option is puff salad on the festive table. You can serve in portions or on a large dish.

Cooking method

1) I cut a quarter into rings.

2) Marinade for onions. I combine lemon juice, water, salt and sugar together and mix, lower the onions and leave for 10-15 minutes.

3) I cut the boiled chicken breast into small pieces.

4) Prune cut into small pieces.

5) I cut the boiled eggs into a small cube.

6) I grate hard cheese on a fine grater.

7) I will collect the salad in a special ring for the salad. The first layer is meat. The second layer is prunes. The third layer is eggs. The fourth layer is canned peas. The fifth layer is onion, the sixth layer is hard cheese.

Salad 5

A delicious cod liver salad with incredibly fresh and delicious dressing! The whole secret of this salad in the dressing, it is simply incredibly fragrant and fresh.

Cooking method

1) Hard-boiled eggs, I clean, I divide into proteins and yolks.

2) Cut squirrels, fresh cucumbers, pickled cucumbers and hard cheese into small cubes. Pickled cucumbers should not be too sour, otherwise they will "kill" the whole taste of the salad.

4) Chop green onions finely.

5) I divide the cod liver with a fork into small pieces.

6) I rub the yolks on a fine grater.

7) I cut the tomato in half, then into thin slices.

8) I’ll prepare a dressing. I chop the parsley and send it to a blender, send salt (to taste), lemon juice, olive oil and 1/2 fresh cucumber (from the total amount) to the same, connect everything with a blender. Olive oil can be replaced with oil in which there was a liver of 1-2 tbsp.

9) I combine all the ingredients of the salad: cheese, green onions, protein, cod liver, fresh and pickled cucumbers, salad seasoned with our miracle dressing.

10) I spread lettuce leaves on the dish, lettuce on top, sprinkle with grated yolk and decorate with slices of tomato and parsley.
