For pancakes

  1. Flour 1 cup
  2. Egg 2 pieces
  3. Milk 1/2 cup
  4. Water 1/2 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Vegetable oil for frying

For filling

  1. Eggs optional
  2. Ham or sausage to taste
  3. Grated cheese to taste

Step 1: prepare the pancakes.

Mix the ingredients for a pancake dough in a deep bowl. Beat with a mixer.
Heat a frying pan with oil and fry thin pancakes in it.

Step 2: prepare the filling.

While preparing pancakes, fry in parallel the same egg (or eggs, depending on how many people you will cook) and slices of ham.

Step 3: bake the egg in the pancake.

Put fried slices of sausage and fried egg on each pancake. Bend the edges of the pancakes to the center and sprinkle them with grated cheese.
Transfer the stuffed pancakes to a baking tray and place in the oven, heated to medium temperature. Cook for several minutes until the cheese is baked and melted. An egg in the center can be salted and pepper.

Step 4: serve the egg in the pancake.

Garnish the egg in the pancake with chopped greens, cherry tomato halves and serve.

It turns out very tasty and satisfying.
