  1. Bread (baguette) 5-6 slices

  3. Spinach 30-50 g
  4. Cheese 50 g
  5. Butter 20 g
  6. Milk 50 ml
  7. Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l
  8. Salt 0.5 tsp

Step 1.

Add milk and salt to the eggs and beat them slightly with a whisk. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Tear the spinach with your hands. You can chop, but it’s more fun))))).

Step 2

Fry slices of bread (baguette) in sunflower oil on one side, and when we turn it over, add butter and fry for another minute on the second side.

Step 3

Top with beaten eggs. Spread cheese over the entire surface. Add spinach. Cover with a lid and let it simmer for 10 minutes (until the eggs are completely set).

Step 4 (the most important).

Put it on a plate. We close the door to the kitchen (so God forbid the eaters have not joined yet). We chew silently and quickly. We leave the dirty dishes in the washbasin and run off to work))). Bon appetit.
