Cool completely and interrupt with a blender. 2. Add a minimum of 1.5 kg. sugar, if plums are acidic, add more and cook for 20 minutes. Cool completely. Remove the foam. Together with the foam, skins from plums are removed, only a little remains. Those who want the nutella to be completely homogeneous, without a single skin, can be wiped through a sieve. 3. Cook for 20 minutes and completely cool. 4. Put the jam on the fire and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, sift 100 gr. cocoa powder. Add to the hot jam and mix with a whisk until smooth. Then add 200 gr. butter.
5. We cook the last fourth time for 15-20 minutes, pour into sterilized jars and seal with sterilized lids. 6. Turn the jars of jam upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket and leave them to cool completely. I got 2.5 liters. Nutella. Store in a cool dark place.
