Ingredients
Dough
- Flour 200g
- Baking powder for dough-1 tsp taste
- Pinch of salt
- Odorless vegetable oil -80g to taste
- Water (boiling water) 80g
Filling
- Pitted Cherry 400g
- Starch 1 tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp. l
- Any nuts 2 tbsp
- Main ingredients

Cooking:
Step 1: Cooking the dough.

Mix the sifted flour with baking powder and salt. Add vegetable oil, mix everything thoroughly. Pour boiling water and mix everything quickly until the water has cooled. Knead the soft, elastic dough and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Cooking the filling.

While the dough is cooling, prepare the filling. To the washed and stoned cherry, add starch and mix gently.
Step 3: Pie and bake.

After baking, let the cake cool and serve.
