Eggs decorated with the napkin technique

We received the method of decorating eggs with the napkin technique from our blog friend, Andra Constantinescu, whom we thank for sharing with us her culinary experiences.

The recipe is already included in the "Recipes of all kinds from friends" section. It is a bit complex, because it requires more time, but also attention.

If you work easily and patiently, success will be guaranteed. All you have to do is get the beautifully printed napkins, the three-layer ones and a more special brush with soft hair. The egg white is the one that will be applied over the cutout in the napkin. And on top of that, but optionally, you can also apply a glue with glitter. If you want natural eggs without using chemicals, give up that glitter.

We also offer instructions on soft or hard boiled eggs, as long as they are cooked correctly. In addition, the Easter meal is not complete without drob. Traditionally, this recipe can be prepared in the so-called prapure, the membrane that envelops the internal organs of the lamb.

EGG POSAT ( PAUCHED EGG - ROMANIAN EYES)

Put water to boil in a saucepan or pan, when the water boils, add salt and a tablespoon of white vinegar, so as not to darken the egg, use white vinegar, vinegar helps the egg to set quickly, then set aside a little, for bring it to a slightly lower temperature. (If the water is too cold, the egg will separate, but if the water is too hot, it will boil too fast and the yolk will come out hard.)

The egg is broken in the bowl, with a whisk a small tornado is created in the pan, mixing the water in a circular direction, the egg in the bowl is placed in the middle of the tornado and with a spoon the egg whites are spread, towards the center, or a round shape, in which we place the egg in the bowl, leave it for 2-3 minutes, depending on the size of the egg. we remove it with a spatula to drain the excess water. it is served immediately, if you want to serve it later, you have to put it in a bowl with ice or cold water, because the egg will continue to boil even after we take it out of the water, and the yolk will harden if not put in cold water or ice.

And before serving, we can put it in hot water for a few seconds to warm it up!

Recipe for eggs painted with rice technique

I received this recipe from our friend Andra Constantinescu. We want to thank him a lot for sharing with us culinary ideas.

We also have a blog from her Recipe for eggs painted with the crepe paper method and other interesting recipes.

For this recipe, powdered egg paint is used, not liquid. You can use whatever colors you want, you can make various combinations.

Even if it seems a more laborious method, it is worth testing because the eggs come out wonderful.

And because the Easter holidays are approaching, you can find menu ideas for the festive Easter meals on the blog.
